"A life looking into your phone is not a life," Michelle Obama

"A life looking into your phone is not a life," said Michelle Obama when she visited Vancouver this year.  That statement resonated with me and comes to mind when I find myself scanning social feeds.

The video posted below had an equally powerful impact on me so I thought it was worth sharing.

Unfortunately technology is triggering the addictive centers of our brains and causing this animation to be truer than I would like. It's not a feel good video, but a powerful message / reminder for all of us. It's worth watching.

We can lead by example.
